The client brief was to maximise the footprint of the property, whilst creating highly desirable spaces to be in.

A subtle double storey side extension and a more contemporary extension to the rear has been designed with consideration to the immediate context and the adjacent Grade II listed property.


Garden room

Located in South London, the new garden room provides a flexible space to be used as a home office and a place to socialise.


Crouch End

The proposal carefully considers the addition of an extension whilst retaining the qualities of the existing living space and aspect to the garden.
